Business Bio:  Neil practices intellectual property law with particular emphasis on strategy and ownership issues.  Over his career he has practiced widely in essentially all aspects of business and technology law including M&A, corporate finance, and commercial litigation.

Neil began his legal career as a law clerk to the late Mr. Justice John Sopinka of the Supreme Court of Canada, and then practiced in the areas of constitutional, aboriginal, and human rights law for several years prior to concentrating on business and intellectual property law.
